Dear Sreelekha
ReplyDeleteDushera and Durga puja greetings to you .
I was bit busy , cd not see all your posts. Now will read all.
I like the recipe...I can get the real taste now, I remember the fish Molee taste in Kuwait , way side restaurants. I am sure that was cooked with minimum expenses for the poor Indian lot there.
I shall try soon...need to get the fish you have specified. I have some sardines...I dont think it will be good for this dish. Else I will try sweet water Rohu fish.
Have a nice week
PS...A great Biriyani recipe awaits you at my blog...cook and eat fast...
